Kevin Flanagan has worked in PC and Internet technology for more than twenty years. He started his career at Lotus Development and moved into IT Management at Keane Corporation where he led their roll-out of Lotus Notes and Domino.
Kevin's experience at Keane has helped him to developed his own methodology in project management. A key componet of his methodology is to listen ettentively to customer needs and to explain technical details in terms that are always understandable to you.
Tim Corovos is a PC technician and web administrator who enjoys the outdoors as much as he loves his work. Tim has been a technician specializing in laptop and desktop repair, and also does web development. He has a passion for creating online artwork and is also an extremely communicative copy writer and editor.
